Hey @remarkablepaper .. I need you to take accountability. My reMarkable tablet’s screen cracked under normal use in less than a year. No drops, no accidents, no extreme temps. Just gentle, daily use. And your team refuses to replace it.
Also.. This isn’t an isolated incident. There are hundreds of reports from users whose reMarkable screens cracked due to temperature shifts, pressure stress, or internal defects.
If a “premium” device can’t handle normal conditions, that’s a design flaw, not customer error.
