@justincbzz Does Iskander-M usually optical seeker or radar seeker (like pershing 2) in addition to GPS/INS?, I've never seen a whole Iskander that has the transparent tip that should be needed for the optical sensor

@wkwatkins @Osinttechnical Time prescision. It means the arming time could be 3% more or less than the stated time (6 hour), so that's around 22 minutes of time range. Same for the 90 day disarm time, they will be disarm themselves between day 87~93
