Thanks @NottUECP for organising a great CPD day about Child Health. Amazing, interactive and thought provoking talk by @sailordoctor @NEMSpartners Intensive day of educational activity and learning
@KalindiKrishna @sailordoctor Really pleased you found the session beneficial. We love working with @sailordoctor . Lots of clinicians this week in Notts had a safe space to discuss and enhance care of children in unscheduled primary care. @ncitycare@NottsAlliance @NUHDREEAM @Lynbacx
Thank you to all @ncitycare staff who have been working so hard over the last few days in the hot weather looking after patients. Hope the new water bottles helped? Take care.@TyrrellTracy @Lynbacx
Some great feedback for our Urgent Care Centre. The UCC treats health problems that are urgent, but not life-threatening. You can find out more here:
https://t.co/nQLwXGpwVH
Did you know that for minor injuries including x-rays you can go straight to the treatment centre on London Road? Keep A&E for life threatenening emergencies.
@mirry920 @TyrrellTracy @harrison_adam@ncitycare_jobs@Lynbacx@helen_woodiwiss@UECFaculty @NUHDREEAM @NEMSPartners @SABrowesRN Morning Amir, unfortunately within the ACP framework there is a requirement for non-medical prescribing so this position wouldn't be suitable for PA's. The PA skill set would be a perfect match for urgent/unscheduled care across Notts. Drop me a pm if you would like to chat.
@PAnottingham@ncitycare_jobs@ncitycare @NUHDREEAM @SABrowesRN @Lynbacx@PCDCNottingham Always happy to accept CVs from PAs who are interested in working in Notts, very happy to share those with teams and services across primary, community and secondary care. Through the partnership and training hubs we have links across the whole STP area. Pm for email address
Great discussion thread with lots of experienced people talking talking about that tricky group of patients: Febrile under 3/12 olds. We're not talking about the obviously sick ones. They're quite easy. The really difficult ones have a temp and soft signs. How inconsiderate.
We are currently recruiting for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work at our Urgent Care Centre. Please view role 826-PANH-1861 on NHS Jobs for more information.
