I’m filing against @anthem in small claims court for a denied claim from over a year ago for over $5000. I’m also going to sue for court costs, my time, and emotional distress and damages. Anyone fought insurance before? Any tips?@marshall_allen

@AnthemBCBS I filed an appeal that has been denied - this goes against wi state law that these claims must be covered for children under age 5! Do I need a lawyer???? Not paying $5111 for a 4yo dental surgery 🙄🙄
