@TUIUK booked a coach transfer for my family due to NOT wanting my 4 year old in a taxi abroad due to not knowing car seat history etc. arrived at 1am to a taxi with NO car seat. Driver had this thrown at him and we got told it was that or nothing. This is not okay. Do better

@TUIUK already spoken to the rep. Who sent an email to transfers who replied saying speak to rep in a few days. I want to know my child will be safe & on a COACH like booked, not spend holiday worrying about our return transfer. You have her age! You know she needs a car seat in a car
