I am grateful to have met @FranceskAlbs tonight on the unceded, unsurrendered and traditional territory of the Algonquin Anishinaabeg. Thank you for your moral clarity in acknowledging the crimes of settler colonial violence and genocide from Turtle Island to Palestine.

May you be continuously fuelled by the rage and grief we all are experiencing in bearing witness to genocide, in your role as an impartial and informed witness. May you continue to push and pressure the United Nations and its member states through international law towards justice for Palestinians and their right to self-determination and full liberation.

May we all remember and remind ourselves that the people themselves will ultimately free and liberate Palestine through all forms of resistance. For us outside of Palestine, this includes the legal obligation of boycott, divestment, and sanctions against Israel as an illegal apartheid state committing ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people.
