Said persons business needs to evolve. Issuing receipts is not enough, add legal terms of service after purchase (30-60days etc), documented attempts to contact buyer too.
The customer has already paid and collected a receipt. Your responsibility is to keep his goods aside and, if necessary, charge him a reasonable daily storage fee.
But increasing the price of goods he already paid for is not right at all. That kind of argument won’t stand anywhere.
Just supply him what he paid for and charge him for storage and security if he delayed in picking it up. Nobody expects you to keep goods for free indefinitely.
In fact, the storage and security fee could even end up being more than the market price increase 😂😂
At the end of the day, there are smarter ways to handle these things. The only thing is that the storage fee should still be fair and negotiable.
The best concerts I've ever seen were in 500-person venues. No production. No jumbotron. Just an artist who had to actually perform. We traded that for pyrotechnics and bankruptcy. #music#concert
Miss me with the "stadium era" discourse. Artists doing 3-night residencies at small venues is the superior format and we've just been gaslit into forgetting it exists. #Music#Concert
The music industry convinced us that watching a tiny moving dot from 200 meters away, for 150€, is a privilege. Biggest scam of the century after NFTs. #Music#Concert
