The EU Parliament has passed the first law on artificial intelligence
The European Parliament has approved a law on artificial intelligence that sets requirements for facial recognition or text and image programs such as ChatGPT.
For example, developers will have to label texts, sounds and images created with artificial intelligence to avoid misleading people.
Stricter rules should apply to "high-risk" applications, such as facial recognition at train stations or other public places. In the future, a court order will be required for the use of such technologies.
The law prohibits mass surveillance using biometric data, as is done in China or Russia.
And so it begins:

LLMs are a new kernel and should be a low-level utility embedded in every device that can be updated over the air, and supports different levels of performance.
The GPU in your pocket will have a local GPT3.5 by next year that can be shared among other applications.
Significant snowfall accumulations are expected across the Alps over the next few days. Some areas could see as much as 1 to 2 metres of fresh snow. The European mountain range will likely kick off meteorological winter with its highest snowpack in recent years.
