Tesla is by far the WORST customer service company in the world. I just waited for 2 hours on hold for the person to tell me "I've got the wrong department" to then transfer me to a line thats "unavailable". Not only that but they are charging me $1800 for 4 brand new tires on the Tesla I brought back. THE CAR HAD 8k MILES AND SAT IN A GARAGE FOR PRACTICALLY 2 YEARS!?!?!

They told me the "tread" was low, and one of those tires I got brand new about 2k miles in. I never vent publicly with shit like this but this is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. Fuck Tesla.
