@BuildBetta @stronkdaddy When i was a union carpenter doing shingle roofs, Owens Corning states in thier warranty that any roof put on with a pneumatic nailer voids the 30 year dimenional warranty. Every roof we put on was by hammer and nail.

@stronkdaddy I hired a roofing contractor who showed up with a team of mexicans. Once the work was finished they sent a supervisor to sign off on the work stating it was completed. They didnt even flash the chimney. Drip edge was missing on a 20ft sectionon the back of my house. Never again
