It's not clear how the truce between Washington and Tehran will play out. But one thing is certain - Iran has tested its nuclear weapons. It is called the Strait of Hormuz. Its potential is inexhaustible.
Google Quantum AI released a white paper today warning that cracking 256-bit ECC, which is widely used in Bitcoin wallets, requires MUCH fewer resources than originally expected.
With under 500,000 physical qubits, any private key could theoretically be cracked in under 9 minutes. Wow.
This is one of the many reasons why whales and insiders have been quietly offloading Bitcoin in droves. Bitcoin’s days may be numbered. In a short time, quantum computing can and will completely abolish the space.
@TrumpDailyPosts Pervasive corruption running through almost every level of federal and state government. Everything else - dependence on China, illegal immigration, high taxes, the whole Epstein mess - just ends up being a downstream effect.
A partnership structured around Russian gas (virtually) supplied to the U.S., with the U.S. acting as a reseller to Europe (and, perhaps, the world) would represent a significant strategic opportunity for the United States. Hope it is being worked on.
Energy dominance is not a slogan—it is a cornerstone of national power. It underpins economic resilience, strengthens alliances, and deters adversaries.

Have you noticed that you can watch the Israel Iran war on tv everyday but you could never see the Ukraine Russia war on tv?
Personally, I don’t want to see any foreign wars and I have always voted no to America paying for them or fighting in them.
But I just find the media coverage of one war versus another off.
On Thursday, a telephone conversation took place between US and Israeli leaders, which the Trump administration described as tense (source: Reuters).
On the Israeli side, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Israel Katz, and Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir participated, while Vance and Hegseth participated on the American side.
According to the Reuter, during the conversation, Vance insisted that the US should not directly participate in the Iranian-Israeli conflict and that Israel was trying to drag the US into it. The Israelis, for their part, insisted that it was impossible to wait two weeks before attacking Iran's main underground nuclear center in Fordow and that it had to be done sooner.
Vance was trying to defend MAGA's position, but it could all end with the Pentagon taking over the international track. The situation in Iran cannot end in anything. Either Iran will retain its nuclear program with the prospect of creating nuclear weapons, or Israel will carry out its operation with special forces or using its nuclear arsenal. Both are bad for the US. And Vance's wing cannot provide any alternatives because Tehran is not willing to make concessions. And as much as Trump would like to distance himself from the problem, he will most likely not want to let it take its course. And then JD will find himself out of the picture.
Once again, clear signs of cooperation between the UK and China can be seen here.
To squeeze the Islamic Republic’s oil revenues, U.S. policy must understand that no Chinese company is too big to sanction, write Saeed Ghasseminejad and Matthew Zweig. https://t.co/c5cMPEC63L
This agreement on mineral resources could only be of two types.
1. A withdrawal agreement. Ukraine recognizes the previously provided American aid as a de facto debt and repays it through that fund. America then, ‘taking back what is theirs,’ withdraws from the war. This scenario was initially and consistently voiced by Trump.
2. A war agreement. There is no debt acknowledgement, and Ukraine pays only for new American military supplies through that fund. In other words, there will be new supplies. This scenario was initially and consistently insisted upon by the Zelensky regime.
The war will most likely continue until Trump is under strong pressure from the Fed and (at the moment) dependent on it.
@TheEconomist OMG, this local conflict is only going on because globalists are trying to stop the US from shifting its focus from Ukraine (and now Iran) to a much more important area — Taiwan and China.
The US should really start considering removing Zelenskiy.
They will not keep their factories where they are now (in China).
China's challenge in this "tariff war" is where it will sell its goods if the US market becomes inaccessible. Other markets cannot replace the US market for one very simple reason: they have already reached the limit of their purchasing power for imports from China.
The main goal of the US now is to encourage the relocation of production, deprive China of its markets and means of delivery (read: complicating trade and fueling local conflicts in China's border regions) and ultimately destroy China economically, rather than negotiate tariffs. Otherwise, history will repeat itself.
The United States is not interested in engaging in military conflicts in any regions, perhaps other than Southeast Asia. It is for this reason that the United States is making every effort to promote peace talks/negotiations/sanctions relieves/etc. with Iran and Russia.
The only powers that are interested in unleashing or continuing military conflicts in the Middle East and/or Eastern Europe are Britain and now China.
For the former, this is the last chance to maintain their global influence, and for the latter, to prevent the US from concentrating its efforts in the Southeast Asian region with all its consumer markets.
What did President Nixon understand about Iran that others missed?
We asked @PahlaviReza -- and his answer sheds light on a U.S.-Iran relationship that could have changed history.

I am not surprised by this reaction. Overconsumption around the world is a super value for the Chinese, and by exploiting this, they have been completely ignorant of the changes in the global economy (everything shows that they were completely unprepared for the "tariff war").
China's future actually looks bleak. Yes, they took advantage of the US-engineered globalization. But they did this at a time when the main drivers of globalization - uncontrolled money emission and global financial markets - are about to be dismantled.
So, Uncle Jerome recently said that the Fed will not give money to support the stock markets (read - to buy back Treasuries). If they don't, the auctions could fail, hedge funds would go bankrupt because of margin calls, and a total collapse would ensue.
The law prohibits auditing the Fed, and thus an objective assessment of its performance. But when the Fed officials say that they are not concerned with the interests of the country, and even if the collapse of the markets begins, what will prevent Trump from declaring an emergency, taking control of the gold reserves, and starting the audit?
And, most importantly, Trump will be able to stop the loans in favor of the ECB and the Bank of England. Then everyone will become more cooperative on the Ukrainian, Iranian and Chinese vectors.
