Monday thoughts:
You don’t always have to be “doing” to contribute to this world. Your presence is enough. Your value is not based on what you do or accomplish this week, month, year, life.
“My advice to you is to do your best to shut out distractions, use your time wisely and figure out how to make the most of what you have.”

Your new life is going to cost you your old life.
Are you ready to make that trade?
Because your old and new lives cannot co-exist together. You must choose your past or your future.

Spend more time in places where you breathe deeply, laugh loudly, and dance spontaneously.
Decrease your time in places where rigidity is required, stifling truth is preferred and dehydration is the norm.
Getting your “ish” together requires a level of honesty that’s often hard to grasp. There is nothing easy about facing yourself. Nothing easy about getting “out of your own way”. But, if you want to fly-you have to do the work on you first. #betheoneyouneed#Commencement2023
Try to forgive and truly release people in your life, who have deeply hurt, betrayed or traumatized you. Most of all forgive those who are not sorry for their actions. Holding on to anger, only hurts you, not them. Do the work on you. Heal. Love. Live. Let it go.
Night. ❤️
Too much going on right now? Ask yourself:
- What are the 1–2 things that are mission critical today?
- What is something I can do to recharge my batteries?
- Who or what will I have to say “no” to during this time? https://t.co/fkAdq0gacw
This is my mindset for the next few years. I don’t care who or what. I will choose me and what is right for me, good for me, and authentically me, first. #betheoneyouneed#MentalHealthAwareness#mentalhealth
When people experience gratitude from their manager, they're more productive. And when teams believe that their colleagues respect and appreciate them, they perform better. https://t.co/svoKPF8LMQ
Don't apologize if you're not feeling like your best self. Some people think we're supposed to be happy all the time. Because their lives are hunky dory. All glass is not clear. We have to get through what we're going through. And don't apologize. People who care about you care.
