I remember hearing pursuits get "cancelled" and still seeing cop cars driving 80 mph or more down city streets full of kids, bikes etc. People have no idea how much the police lie!

Old cop trick. They do the same thing with high-speed police chases. When they see the car being chased at high speed is losing control, they jump on the radio and "discontinue pursuit." Seconds later, fatal crash occurred. And another 5 seconds later, witnesses see a cop car at 100 mph still chasing. Private crash with cops having no liability. These releases of terminally ill untreated ICE prisoners are the same way of dumping responsibility before death occurs. First they deny care, then they put them out on the street hundreds of miles from family and claim no responsibility when they die..
