استخدام موقع JANE لاقتراح المجلات
تعتمد آلية عمل JANE على تقنية "التحليل الدلالي"، حيث تقارن الكلمات المفتاحية الموجودة في ملخص وعنوان بحثك بقاعدة بيانات ضخمة من المقالات المنشورة (خاصة في المجال الطبي والحيوي)، ثم تقترح عليك المجلات التي نشرت أبحاثاً مماثلة لموضوعك في الماضي.
المحور الأول: خطوات إدخال البيانات (Input)
الولوج إلى الصفحة الرئيسية: بمجرد الدخول إلى الموقع، ستجد واجهة بسيطة تركز على الإدخال.
لصق المحتوى (Paste Text): قم بنسخ ولصق عنوان البحث (Title) و الملخص (Abstract) في مربع البحث المخصص. يفضل إدخال الملخص كاملاً للحصول على نتائج أدق، حيث أن الملخص يحتوي على أكبر قدر من الكلمات المفتاحية الدلالية.
تحديد نوع البحث (Search Type): اختر خيار "Find Journals" (العثور على المجلات)، حيث يتيح الموقع أيضاً البحث عن مؤلفين أو مقالات مشابهة.
تحديد التخصص (Optional Filtering): يمكنك تضييق نطاق البحث بتحديد تخصصات معينة (مثل الطب، علم الأحياء، إلخ) إذا لم تكن متأكداً من أن مجال بحثك هو المجال الطبي البحت.
المحور الثاني: تحليل النتائج (Output)
بمجرد الضغط على زر البحث، ستعرض لك JANE قائمة مرتبة من المجلات، يجب تحليلها منهجياً كالتالي:
درجة الثقة (Confidence Score): هذه هي القيمة الأهم. يعرض الموقع لكل مجلة نسبة الثقة (Confidence) التي تعكس مدى تطابق المحتوى الدلالي لبحثك مع الأبحاث المنشورة في تلك المجلة. ابدأ بمراجعة المجلات ذات النسب الأعلى.
الكلمات المفتاحية المطابقة: توضح الأداة الكلمات المفتاحية في بحثك التي وجدتها مطابقة في الأبحاث التي نشرتها المجلة المقترحة. هذا يساعدك على تأكيد أن المجلة تهتم فعلاً بمحور بحثك.
مراجعة التغطية: يمكنك رؤية عدد المقالات المماثلة التي نشرتها المجلة (Articles Published) ضمن قاعدة بياناتها، مما يعطيك فكرة عن مدى اهتمامها الدائم بهذا الموضوع.
سهولة الوصول للمجلة (Open Access): غالباً ما يشير الموقع إلى ما إذا كانت المجلة مفتوحة المصدر أم لا، وهي نقطة مهمة يجب أخذها في الاعتبار.
