How quickly does a neighborhood change?
The Exposition Park neighborhood has been ground zero for double duplex development in LA, with more development happening here than anywhere else in LA.
This image illustrates the development that has occurred in the two square mile section of this neighborhood immediately West of USC.
Yellow indicates projects that were developed between 2011 and 2019.
Blue indicates projects that were developed between 2019 and 2025
