When the Iranian World Cup football team is the only one out of 64 that has to camp outside of the United States before and after its games within the United States and when just coincidentally the Iranian team has had the MOST disallowed goals of any other team in the World Cup – – meaning they scored and then FIFA took back the point– – one can’t deny that the Iranian team is being targeted and handicapped by the US. I’m embarrassed of my country but then again I have been ever since Trump became any kind of a so-called president. This is so disgusting.

FIFA really gave Canada and Mexico the title of “co-hosts” but not the full benefit of being hosts.

How does a country help host a World Cup, qualify for the knockout stage, and then get shipped away from home?
Canada and Mexico should be playing as many home games as possible. That’s the whole point of hosting.
