How about you actually read a book on Fascism before you start lecturing people who actually have. Fascism stems from Sorelianism which follows from the Jacobin revolutionary tradition continued on in Cercle Proudhon and Georges Valois. This was further affirmed by Marcel Déat.

The teaching love thy neighbour comes from the Old Testament and it is simply promoting pro-social behaviour, this teaching was laregly in the context of the nation and neighbouring tribes who they had good relations with. The Israelites would ethnically cleanse their enemies.
