Hard work is work absolute. Day in. Day out. But most people get a "burnout" afterwards.

Productivity are work systems. Planned out but flexible enough for the unexpected. Work done in less time with more options.

I prefer quality over quantity when we talk about leads.

There won't be any benefit for you or for your leads if they aren't interested, can't buy, or won't cooperate.

A good qualification strategy does wonders for that problem.
