The best thing would be to pay for Starship launch pad in Europa, best and cheapest option for the EU

I think fiber optic is the only realistic option on there. The cost of a European Starlink without Falcon 9 or Starship is too much. Without reusability, the monthly price of the subscription is too high. And don't even start on the bandwidth. Smh
