Sidney Katherine Powell VINDICATED on all accounts by the Texas Fifth Court of Appeals.

After three fucking years of litigation, in a 24-page ruling, the Texas Fifth Court of Appeals ruled that the Texas Bar miserably failed to prove Sidney Powell acted with “dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation” in the four lawsuits she filed against the overthrow of the United States government on Nov 3, 2020.

The court highlighted serious deficiencies in the Bar’s filings—even catching the Bar lying.

A: “By its own admission, the Bar misidentified or failed to include multiple exhibits it claims to have relied on in its Second Amended Response.”

B: “The deficiencies go far beyond mislabeling exhibits.”

C: “The Bar not only failed to cite to or argue about any additional documents—the documents are not mentioned at all.”

D: “The court found that the Bar’s response contained numerous defects, including exhibits that did not match the documents described in its filing.

E: “The court concluded that, without competent summary judgment evidence, the Bar failed to meet its burden of proving the disciplinary violations.”

F: “You have to be a damn fool, and abjectly stupid not to see what happened here,” the opinion added.

In other words, for the first time in the history of the Republic, attorneys have been arrested, indicted, prosecuted, persecuted and disbarred—including Rudy Giuliani and, most recently, John Eastman—for simply defending their client, a candidate for the presidency of the United States, no less. Arizona 2020 election clerk ADMITS on camera that using a sharpie will IMPACT the vote, kicking it into adjudication where thousands of votes can be trashed or were switched to Joe Biden at the click of a button.

Multiple voters state that election workers were purposely making them use sharpies and yanking pens out of their hands in order for machines not to accept the ballot so it can be adjudicated and trashed or switched to Biden.

Everything that happened at the Detroit, Michigan, TCF Center during the 2020 election was FRAUDULENT.

Trump was ahead by 300,000 votes, with 50% counted on Nov. 3-4. Then around 100,000 with 80% counted on the 4th. Counting stopped, vans appeared with pristine mail-in ballots all for Biden, producing impossible vote spikes, the military ballots were all for Biden, with only Biden selected, not even down ballot selections. ZERO for Trump.

499,800+ mismatched votes, They bypassed signature verification, placeholder data was modified using a 1/1/1900 date of birth in poll books, gaps in the paper trail and chain-of-custody.

Precincts throughout Michigan had over 80%, 90%, 100% voter turnout, with some precincts having 120% voter turnout. Observers witnessed batches of ballots being scanned multiple times.

Poll books were off by tens, even hundreds of thousands of voters, windows were blocked off, poll watchers were placed far away from being able to witness counting or challenge ballots.

Dominion machines were hooked up to ethernet cables, with internet access, election data and records were wiped, unable to authenticate the total count or properly audit the election, illegally certifying the Michigan 2020 election results.

Analysis of SURE data across 64 Pennsylvania counties identified approximately 205,122 more votes counted than voters on record from the PA 2020 election, leading to illegally certifying the 2020 presidential election.

A December 28, 2020 analysis by Pennsylvania House Republicans identified a gross discrepancy of approximately 202,377, with a net unexplained discrepancy of approximately 170,830 votes after accounting for over- and under-votes.

This totaled more than double Biden's certified margin of 80,555 votes.

The mail in-ballots system for the general election of 2020 in Pennsylvania was so fraught with inconsistencies and irregularities that the reliability of the mail-in votes in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is impossible to rely upon.

Dec 16, 2020: For instance, Over-vote in Philadelphia County. On November 4th at 11:30am, the DOS posted updated mail in vote counts for Philadelphia County.

The number of ballots reported to have been counted was an impossible 508,112 ballots despite the fact that only 432,873 ballots had been issued to voters in that county.

Later that day, the ballots counted number was reduced but this begs the question, who had the authority to add and subtract votes on the ballot counts reported to the Department of State?

Even if this was simply a data entry error, the lack of internal controls over such reporting necessitates a review of the numbers, the process and system access.

Additionally, in a data file received on November 4, 2020, the Commonwealth’s PA Open Data sites reported over 3.1 million mail in ballots sent out.

The CSV file from the state on November 4 depicts 3.1 million mail in ballots sent out but on November 2, the information was provided that only 2.7 million ballots had been sent out.

This discrepancy of approximately 400,000 ballots from November 2 to November 4 has not been explained. Furthermore, a newly available voter dataset available on the state .gov website, which had been offline for weeks indicated that it was last updated on 11/16/2020.

The download of 11/16 shows 75,505 more ballots returned on 11/16 than the download from 11/15. Therefore, from 11/15 to 11/16, 75,505 ballots were added to the dataset with no explanation.

Mail Date irregularities to include ballots mailed before the ballot was finalized, ballots mailed late and ballots mailed inconsistent with enacted legislation relative to mail in ballots: 154,584 ballots.

There was also voter "Date of Birth" irregularities of 1573 ballots, of voters over 100 years old.

The average voter turnout in a presidential election between 2000 to 2016 was around 53% to 54%.

The mainstream media alleged the 2020 voter turnout was about 60%... When in reality, the 2020 voter turnout was actually around 95%, which is a catastrophic indicator of a FRAUDULENT ELECTION.

The reason the mainstream media is wrong is because they took the number of votes divided by the over 18 population, which does NOT equal voter turnout.

Voter turnout is the number of votes divided by the number of registered voters. This is because "population over 18" includes people who are eligible to vote, but are not registered, it includes non-citizens who legally can't vote, it includes felons who can't vote, it includes mentally incapacitated people who can't vote, etc.

So, the over 18 population is greater than the number of registered voters. If you take the number of votes reported in 2020 and divide by the over 18 population, 60% is higher than 53% to 54% average, but plausible.

If you take the reported number of votes divided by the actual number of registered voters, you get around a reported 95%, which clearly shows that 2020 was a fraudulent election.

It has been said, "Those who cast the votes decide nothing. Those who count the votes decide everything."

If the only ballots that are counted come from one side of the election, none of those ballots are illegal and there is no fraud. It is still cheating no doubt because the proper ratio of votes is not represented.

I believe Utah is the only red state that has refused to comply with the lawful request to review voter registration data as outlined by the VRA.
why is this?
Because Utah is a purple state with a red coat of paint and at the moment the people adding blue to the shade are running things.
