@trinityjaaay I never had a black teacher all the way through high school. I’m fairly certain I didn’t have one in college either. Lots of black students, but no teachers sadly. This is such a great topic btw! Really makes you stop and take note.

@AisforAtivan I think most techs make better nurses! They are used to the “down and dirty” care so when their patients need it, they do it! Why wait for a tech when you’re just as capable as a nurse.

@CritCaffeinated This can always be a difficult situation. I’ve done both in terms of trying to ignore it and bringing it up to management. Sometimes it helps to bring in a boss to talk to that person!
