I still do when I feel like desert cause I don’t do sugars, sweets, etc. often, very rare. I do all organic peanut butter with fresh raspberry jam bought locally. I do open face toasted with PB&J. Classic sandwich, so simple. With a glass of organic grass fed Whole D milk. I rarely have milk, only with PB&J
I would agree with that. Definitely built muscle lifting heavy. Definition really came out with time under tension and once I made the lifestyle changes, quitting alcohol, processed foods, all oils, etc the definition finally came out. Finally got the V shape I have been looking for all these years. I was a weekend drinker, never could lose my belly. Once I quit all that stuff stomach fat is completely gone and all the puffiness is completely gone
@bowtiedmeathead I do Monday, Wednesday, Friday too on my TRT. Way better than one day per week which is what I did when I started but crashed by end of week so I switched it up. No crashes now, my mood and energy stay consistent all week when taking a few times per week in micro doses.
@hotiiofficial I do 5 different exercises for each muscle group to hit different angles. 3 sets, 15 reps time under tension for total of 45 reps each exercise
@mike_behr_ Agree, my eating schedule is Noon-7pm and I have been doing that every day for years now. Game changer for sure. Intermittent fasting is one of the best ways to burn fat and to keep it off. Mental clarity it brings too and energy is the best
When I started eating more steak, eggs, and Amish style butter, no oils at all, I have actually trimmed down more than ever. I stayed away from beef and butter my whole life cause I was told it was bad but I was wrong. Also did egg whites for years and started doing eggs with yolks which is way better results too. I have now tested it for about 1 year now and it works. I have less body fat at 40 years old than ever. Also building way more muscle with beef and eggs than I got from chicken. I still do chicken just like 2 times per week.
@SoyDonParcero I started drinking warm lemon water with a pinch of mineral salt right when I wake up before my espressos and it is a game changer for sure.
Stopped Alcohol, all oils, all processed foods, all beverages that have calories, no fast food ever. I cook with Amish style organic butter only. Lots of steak and eggs with potatoes or fruits for carbs. I don’t do well with oils so I stopped completely other than I go to a restaurant cause I have no control over what they cook with.
Always weight training first so have energy for workout. I do circuit training. One exercise to another, 30 second rest in between sets then finish with 10-15 minutes cardio. I do this 7 days a week, focus on time under tension. 15 reps / 3 sets each exercise. Total 45 reps each exercise
