Amazing how little water people drink throughout the day 💦
Dehydration can induce cognitive impairment💡and ⬆️ perception of fatigue.

Could someone please explain to me what a superfood is?
What makes it so super? What context are we speaking in?
Marketing departments have your number. Just remember that.
Typical social media diet talk:
“Keto made me lean because it helped me burn more fat” = calorie deficit
“Fasting made me lose weight because of autophagy” = calorie deficit
“Carnivore got me shredded” = calorie deficit
Energy balance is actually a thing 🤷🏼♂️
It’s Easter and there are probably a few Easter eggs in the house.
Instead of looking at it for hours, contemplating whether you should eat it or not- just eat the damn thing (or some of it at least).
Restricting certain foods will only make it harder for you to lose weight.
Often we search for the optimal body composition when realistically it is not optimal for our health.

Great read on reverse dieting. If you’re thinking of “bulking” in the gym after a calorie deficit, it’s rare that you can eat as much as you want without adding extra body fat. If you want better body composition choose reverse dieting over an “eat shit loads” approach

Twitter is funny isn’t it. Someone tweets. Another disputes the tweet. One sends a link to an unsubstantiated claim in a YouTube clip to ‘prove’ they’re right. Other person dismisses it. Ends with personal attack(s) and wasted energy. Repeated millions of times every single day
