My account was banned this afternoon without an option to request review. I genuinely believe this was a mistake, as I have never knowingly violated the WhatsApp terms of service or engaged in spam or any unauthorized activity

I try to always follow WhatsApp terms of service.

When it’s banned temporarily and I requested review, the reply I got was that I spam messages and I don’t remember spamming anyone
