I wouldn’t say I’m manic or depressed, I still go through both all times of the year, but I’m definitely a different version of me.

This time of year is when I cycle to my ‘darker side’. I will be avoiding social media until this passes, usually January or so. I tend to wanna fight and be aggressive when I’m in this state, so I avoid all triggers if possible. Much love to all of you.
