🏀✨ On #NationalBlackWomenInSportsDay, we’re cheering on #FAMUSJGC family member and Lady Rattlers guard Nya Bostic for her recent spotlight in Tallahassee Magazine. She’s featured in “Game Changers,” written by SJGC’s Kesley Knox, for her gift of blending basketball with fashion and proving that personal style can elevate performance.
Bostic encourages fellow students and athletes to embrace their style and let it inspire confidence as they compete and take on daily challenges. Her approach is inspired by one of Deion Sanders' famous sayings.
“As Deion Sanders says, ‘When you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good, you play good,’” Bostic told Knox. “Taking care of your appearance and feeling confident in how you look can have a positive impact on your mood and self-esteem. That’s why I dress the way I do—to feel good while doing anything.”
👏🏾 Help us congratulate Nya! Follow her on Instagram at @nyabostic to see some of her many looks and read her feature to see how she’s turning heads on and off the court, linked here 👉🔗: https://t.co/xgWLifQye4
