@drnyika calls on journos to take note:
●What action do I want people to take when they read/see/listen to my story
●Let's be accurate before being first

Feminine wash is not necessary & has no medical benefit.
Vagina & vulva(outer genitals) is fine by itself, & assaulting it with soaps, perfumes, creams, and gels is likely to cause more harm than good - increased risk of infections etc.
If you are worried about a change in your vaginal odor go to hospital. A fishy odor often signals infection.
The vagina is a self-cleaning organ that does not require any cleaning products at all
Cleaning the vulva should be a part of your daily hygiene routine and warm water is all you need to adequately clean it.

This #WorldPressFreedomDay, we reflect on the role of journalism not only in informing but also in building trust, holding institutions accountable, and creating the conditions for peace.
This year's theme, "Shaping a Future at Peace," reminds us that strong, independent media is essential in countering misinformation and fostering understanding in society.
At the Aga Khan University Graduate School of Media and Communications (GSMC), we remain committed to shaping journalists and communicators who use their work to serve the public good and uphold the truth.

even if you have the digital copy. We saw people facing challenges today for not having those. Just thought we should share. @munyabless
