@badgal_ari Itβs also because it only tends to be unbearably hot for like a week max in the summer too ππ I feel like this point gets lost alot
@RavenK_ - instead of being their friend and expecting them not to get upset. Thereβs billions of people in the world, thereβs friends for everyone!
@RavenK_ However I agree with you that the mindset of expecting people to not be upset by antisocial behaviour will lead to loss of friendships. Being late IS upsetting for some people and thatβs not unreasonable. I would just know Iβm not compatible w someone like that -
Can't believe Starmers gone that's 7 prime ministers in 10 years... should just do a monthly raffle at this point so all of us can have a little go, something for the linkedin xx
@CureKaczynski@hellspatisserie example: I was extremely scared of spiders as a child, my mum would get rid of them if she saw them but her glasses prescription is - 17 !! I got accused of LYING and was punished if she couldnβt see itβ¦ I wasnβt allowed to say I could see something with my own eyesβ¦
@CureKaczynski@hellspatisserie I felt guilty defending myself in conflicts and would let resentment build until it exploded because establishing my boundaries or expressing myself felt βwrongβ because I was punished for it as a child
@pastelteacups right its just the cards you're dealt. I think some people prefer things that are high cal and more likely to make them fat, but some people prefer things that are low cal. Ppl also use food as a source of comfort in ways others don't.
@ordethann@M365__@rickybands_@eviansipper also depends on the person tbf. If youβre someone who struggles with portions, eating alot thatβs low cal might end up being better despite the additives. I donβt struggle with portions but additives make my skin flare up so m&s ice cream is better for me
