@LawAspi @GoldstonesSol@Defencebrief@gmpolice How this comes across is that regardless of what future evidence is provided, you’ve already made up your mind.
You may be absolutely correct, but I wouldn’t trust any panel that makes definitive statements on partial evidence.
@Defencebrief I will always wait until fuller details are available (although commenting is sooooooo tempting!) but all things considered, “he has it to do” as they say.
@Defencebrief I don’t mean where they’re lying on their back, weakly punching air, there are quite a few examples of concussed people trying to break the legs of the ref etc.
I’ve seen a few in a work context where people with concussion act very unusually.
Fully accept I’m no expert!
@JohnBakerFolk @OwenJones84 Regardless of anything else, seeing that clip and then deciding to focus primarily on an injured female officer simply highlights to everyone that you really are just a misogynist.
@Unc1eAnt It seems unwise to disregard context in absolute statements.
They’re armed officers; seems odd to stipulate that using their feet is utterly forbidden but using a carbine is not 🤷🏻♂️
@DonnaDlm71 @GhostOfOrwell84 @ryanhall587 No, of course not, but it may well provide something that’s either reason or justification. Or not, either way!
@learntodad1234 @implausibleblog@gmpolice Assuming they have captured more than this, definitely. Of course, if they have more footage but then cropped to just this bit, it doesn’t really lend itself to be objective 😬
@Spexy118 @BertLynch4 @liammnusnu @JamJarOppo Choked out for two minutes? Lack of blood/oxygen to the brain for two minutes is half way to proper brain damage 😬
@AdamPugh The dislike of the Tories that you’re hopping to replicate didn’t happen after a couple of weeks and the failure to revoke a single policy, mate.
@implausibleblog@gmpolice BWV isn’t usually released until court in the UK, but I think it’s arguable that it’s important in these circumstances. Would it prevent the fair trial of the defendant (regardless of those that might be) perhaps?
