@mcdermottkc_ @ThreeUK @Ofcom 20-ish years ago they made an error with my bill. Cue multiple tel calls from me and multiple unfulfilled promises that they would re-calc so I could pay. Then they called me every day demanding payment on the incorrect bill and eventually cut me off. Sad that little has changed.

@TessaVMolnar England & Wales - disclosure means to disclose the existence of something, and inspection means to actually see it. Very straightforward. Until you’re in actual practice and everyone uses the word disclosure for both of these things &no-one ever knows if copies have been provided
