Fighter jets escorting Indian PM Narendra Modi’s aircraft during visits to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Israel have been widely celebrated as a powerful symbol of India’s rising global stature. While the imagery is undoubtedly impressive, such aerial escorts are a common diplomatic practice worldwide, not unique to India. But yes, India does share very very special ties with all three nations #Israel, #SaudiArabia, and #UAE.

🚨Coup in Russia, Kremlin in ❌Lockdown: Western Intel Claims Putin Under Fire? True or DisInfo?
The top leadership in the Kremlin has been on a high alert since the beginning of March, adding a double layer of security around Putin and dramatically reducing his public appearances to avert any such attack.
In fact, such is the paranoia in the Kremlin that the security services have significantly toned down the May 9 celebrations in Moscow and have not invited any State Duma members to the Victory Day parade on Red Square, so that the public presence around Putin can be significantly cut down.
This was claimed by the US media outlet CNN and Important Stories, a leading Russian independent investigative outlet, citing an intelligence report prepared by an EU member state.

🚨BrahMos Production Crashes Over 50%! Will 🇮🇳India Lose Its Missile Edge?
Reliable sources have reportedly told NBT that BrahMos Aerospace has alerted the #IndianNavy to the possible delay of a few years in the supply of BrahMos missiles.

BrahMos at Risk: Is India Losing Its Missile Edge?
NBT Online has reported, based on inputs from “reliable sources,” that the production of BrahMos missiles has plunged to below 50% of the level achieved a year ago.
https://t.co/40Ps2fASWP
Also, the MoD is yet to approve the BrahMos-NG project.
It is ironic that the Government of India formally approved and initiated construction of the BrahMos-NG development and testing facility in Lucknow on December 26, 2021—when Defence Minister Rajnath Singh laid the foundation stone—yet has not approved development of the missile itself.
Any significant drop in the production of BrahMos missile variants at this stage would be a serious setback, potentially weakening the deterrence capability of the Indian Armed Forces.
Any delay in approving the development of BrahMos-NG could necessitate the import of a comparable system to keep the IAF’s MiG-29 and LCA fleets operationally viable.

@ShayGal84 says: In every generation, Pakistan (Army) made the same offer (to Washington), i.e., Shield our conduct, and we will manage your (American) crisis.
Surprisingly, in every generation, the USA bought it.
Even in spring 2026, Pakistan was again being treated in Washington as a credible regional partner and a channel to #Iran.
@realDonaldTrump extended a ceasefire with Iran at Islamabad’s request. The pattern was not ending. It was being reaffirmed.

F-15EX vs Rafale for 🇮🇳India?
1⃣Is the US soft-pitching F-15 EX jets to the Indian Air Force?
2⃣With no source code for Rafale jets, is @IAF_MCC exploring options?
3⃣ What about stealth jets that India really needs? Not much is happening with the F-35 and the Su-57!
The ACM’s familiarisation sortie in a Boeing F-15EX Eagle II fighter jet was likely intended to soften any IAF resistance to the purchase of the F-15EX and its weapon systems.
