TIMAU, MERU COUNTY.
Our tour of Meru County came to a close today in Timau, where we held a powerful engagement with the people of this great town.
In our conversation with the residents, we spoke candidly about the challenges facing our country, from the rising cost of living to the growing frustration among young people who feel locked out of opportunity. The people of Timau made it clear that they understand the power they hold in their hands.
We therefore agreed on one important step: Voter registration. The second phase of the mass voter registration drive will kick off at the end of this month, and every eligible citizen must take responsibility and register. Change does not happen through complaints or silence. Change happens through the ballot.
I urge our young people in particular to seize this moment. Register, prepare, and be ready to participate in shaping the future of our nation. Kenya belongs to all of us, and its destiny must be determined by the will of its people.
The journey continues.
Today, YOWPSUD joined @SFCG_Kenya in launching the #MwanamkeImara project in Kwale supported by @CanHCKenya: Empowering women in PCVE leadership within security & justice sectors. Graced by probation, prisons, coast guard, NGAO & CSOs. A bold step toward inclusive peacebuilding!

It was such an honour to serve as a Cabinet Secretary in the Ministry of Gender, Culture, the Arts and Heritage under the leadership of President @WilliamsRuto .I am glad that I got the chance to serve the people of our great nation. Thank you Mr.President and I wish you well.
I was honoured to engage young people on X Space and to discuss the affairs of our country. I value their knowledge, ideas and suggestions on how to transform our country. I am also committed to addressing the issues they raised and the concerns they have to ensure we forge a new, inclusive and sustainable path for all Kenyans.
