Right wing activists are extremely persecuted in Australia, here's a few ways they are targeted for their beliefs by the government:

• Debanked by request (can't have a bank account)
• Banned on social media by big tech at request of MPs
• Federal police will call gyms etc & pressure to cancel their memberships so they can't associate in male dominated spaces
• Federal government audits years any business who hires them to try to get them fired for complicating business. This allows the gov to not violate their rights but make it difficult for them to get good work
• Government works with media to create hit pieces
• Police allow left wing groups to damage their property, fire bomb their cars etc & will refuse to prosecute or investigate
• e-saftey commission has other non affiliated accounts banned & videos banned that promote their message
• Confiscate their cars under bogus investigations for years at a time for no reason but to make traveling more difficult
• Bar them from attending public political rallies by using police intimidation and intercepting them in subways (after already taking their cars)
• Regularly visit their houses with counter terrorism units to intimidate their families without provocation
• Protect left wing groups (legally & physically) that attack their small gatherings and enforce strict prison time if they defend themselves in any manner
• Make petty laws in congress to restrict white nationalism like outlawing symbols, arm salutes, and other bodily gestures while ignoring a rise in immigrant crime & other serious crimes plaguing the nation
• Focus the majority of their FBI (ASIO) into stopping right wing groups from collectivizing or forming a political party. Literal gov waste - using tax dollars to prevent opposition from gaining power (like in the USA)
• Creating a Bureau of Men's Behavior to target teens and partially help prevent them from going down the "Alt-right pipeline" aka preventing them from accessing right wing online material that may "Radicalize" them
• Block outside right wing figures from entering like Gavin McInnes or kick out figures for petty reasons under the character clause which is only applied to right wing and nationalist figures to prevent the moral of right wingers within the country from rising due to association

The list actually goes on. It's a totalitarian regime and the people really don't have any rights - just privileges from the gov that they can take away due to your personal beliefs. You don't have to break any laws to be persecuted, just think the wrong things and they'll get you
