Grateful to walk away with a grip on both the tech and the business side of things.
Onto the next chapter. π
β±οΈTime tracking sounds simple, until you design for teams that live by the minute.
For this part of my ClickUp inspired SaaS flow rebuild, I recreated the Time Tracking Dashboard in Figma to explore how design turns raw activity data into something teams can actually act on
Highlights
β’ AI tutor for speaking + instant corrections
β’ Daily structured learning goals
β’ Practice hub
β’ Exam simulations for advanced learners
β¨ Working on a digital product? I can help turn your ideas into user-focused, engaging designs.

π΅ Lexio | Language Mastery with AI (UI/UX Case Study)
I designed Lexio in Figma for learners, whether tackling AP or IB language programs or exploring a new language.
The mobile screens support quick sessions, speaking practice, and progress checks.
The web dashboard expands into daily goals, AI tutoring, assignments and exam-style drills including IB and AP
What I found interesting is how ClickUp guides choices without overloading people.
Each category is clear, each card shows immediate purpose, and the layout makes the options feel approachable even though thereβs a lot of functionality behind them.
π΅Part 5 of my @clickup -inspired SaaS flow rebuild
I recreated the "Add Card" screen in Figma. Itβs the panel that lets teams add task overviews, time charts, workload summaries, sprints, activity feeds, and other reporting cards in just a few clicks.
π Deadlines, task statuses, and workloads all surface here in real time.
Every cue shapes how teams understand progress, and how quickly they can act on it.
π‘Rebuilding it reminded me: the best dashboards donβt just show progress, they help teams sustain it.
Turning complexity into coordinated motion.
Part 4 of my @clickup -inspired SaaS flow rebuild focuses on the Project Management Dashboard. The pulse of every workspace.
Rebuilding it highlighted a subtle truth: time-tracking tools donβt just report effort ,they shape how teams understand productivity. Good design keeps it transparent, not tedious.
β±οΈ Itβs more than just logs and charts, itβs a system for visibility, accountability, and billing accuracy.
Every second tracked has context: who logged it, where it belongs, and how it contributes to overall progress.
