We’re itching to get back to Asia when travel returns so, when the Tourism Authority of Thailand asked us to share our volunteering memories as part of their #ThrowbackThailand campaign, we were happy to oblige.

@WestJet our flight with you from London to Vancouver on 13th July has been cancelled. We received an email to say we're eligible for a refund on 19th June but haven't had any instructions about how to claim it. How can we claim the refund? It's impossible to get through by phone

[Amy & Andrew @OBFTA]

@easyJet @easyJet, it's pointless sending me a link to your Covid-19 Help Hub, it's useless, I asked for a refund 64 days ago now; when I did, you stated it would take 7 days, this is ridiculous! Get your act together!

[Amy & Andrew @OBFTA]

@easyJet @easyJet 60 days since this refund was requested and still no money. Stop sending me emails about holidays to portugal and sort out my money! When will this be paid?!

[Amy & Andrew @OBFTA]

@easyJet been waiting 32 days for my flight refund now, not a single response, what are you ignoring us?

[Amy & Andrew @OBFTA]

@easyJet @easyJet 43 days now, what are you doing with our money?!

[Amy & Andrew @OBFTA]

Hey, @easyJet, I'm getting emails from you about 99p baggage, I don't want to book another flight with you, I'm still waiting for my money back which you promised me, that was now 43 days ago. Stop trying to get me to book more flights, just give me my money back!

[Amy & Andrew @OBFTA]

@easyJet 37 days now, completely unacceptable. What are you playing at?!
