@EE Itโs been going on since 2017 and clearly you do not take fraud seriously. Iโve been on the phone to โ150โ for 13 hours since Friday.
If you take it so seriously, I suggest you direct message me. Iโve done a DSAR and I will go to the communication ombudsman if not sorted.

This was reported as fraud in 2018 and I was assured it was cancelled but it wasnโt! #fraud
@EE No! You highlighted this was fraud, your escalations team found the note from June 2018 where it was logged as fraud and had zero usage
It was passed to another team to cancel in 2018 and it was never actioned so @EE fault and Iโve paid for 8 years for something I never wanted
