@GeorgeStark74@robertkaplinsky@thedigitalteach@eduprotocols This slide deck was just for adults. No worries, we definitely won’t be showing this image to students. Not only is it inappropriate, but the students probably wouldn’t understand the reference 😂. Just engaged adults in a humorous way!
We are so thankful for our fabulous presenters this evening! Each attendee chose two breakout sessions to attend. Thanks to the presenters, we learned, listened, discussed, and engaged with other educators as passionate about math as we are! #math#maths#ocmathcouncil#teachers
Tonight’s Symposium kicked off with the incredible @howie_hua as keynote. He inspired us to engage our Ss in all 8 SMPs, and have fun while doing it! Together we can change the way Ss view mathematicians! @lindseygatfield #ocmathcouncil#math#teachers#maths
Really interesting take on conceptual understanding of factoring from @NolanFossum at @OCMathCouncil. I had never thought of it that way and really enjoyed this kind of thinking.
