Recommitting to posting my workouts for 25' - here's progress so far:

1/1 - 40 mile cycle
1/3 - 30 mile cycle
1/4 - 3x 10 mile cycles + pushups, pull ups, snatches & AB Choice
1/5 - 25 mile cycle
1/7 - 3.25 mile run
