@Zachweb_@_MikeVA Sal Stewart is going to finish the season at 30, 30, 100 and will qualify at 1B, 2B, & 3B. He just might finish as the top 2B in fantasy.
@Sheep2slaught3r@pladinosaur So how then did the independent arbitrator, endorsed by the MLBPA, uphold his violation of the league’s domestic violence policy and support the longest suspension ever for such violation?
@DanielMael@Fraulein89 They did go somewhere, though. They went as far as getting him the largest suspension ever handed down for violating MLB’s domestic violence policy. He appealed to an independent arbitrator mutually selected by MLB & MLBPA and lost.
@AlyssaRose (Heavy Sigh)
He was NEVER proven innocent of all charges. In fact, he was never charged.
He was, however, found to have violated MLB’s domestic violence policy, and that was upheld on appeal by an independent arbitrator.
@its_Devn_@Fraulein89 And that she was “ordered to pay” because she violated a settlement agreement has nothing to do with the allegations. That you think that detail is pertinent here tells me you’re confused about the whole issue.
@its_Devn_@Fraulein89 You’re contradicting what you included. It says he was never charged, so how did the LA court drop a case they never got?
Bauer wasn’t cleared by the courts. He was never charged criminally. But he was found to have violated MLB’s DV policy, and that was upheld by appeal.
@BauerOutage I don’t want you on my team, and I’d be sorely disappointed if my team were to sign you (again).
Baseball should be about more than talent.
Character counts.
@edit_susan@Buster_ESPN Perhaps you’ve never hit the wrong key and/or had auto correct do weird things and didn’t notice until after it’s posted. Happens to me too often.
