$5 BILLION FOR BIAFRA
Building Credible State Institutions and Economic Viability
A recognized state must function effectively. The $5 billion would fund:
- Establishment of a professional government-in-exile or transitional administration with ministries, legal frameworks, and administrative capacity.
- Economic development projects, infrastructure, and humanitarian initiatives in the southeast to showcase viability and improve living standards.
- Diaspora-led investment vehicles and public-private partnerships to attract further capital.
Examples from Kosovo and #Somaliland illustrate that external support and internal institution-building were pivotal before partial or full recognition. Without comparable investment, Biafra risks remaining a protest movement rather than a credible state actor.
Coordinated Diplomatic and Lobbying Efforts Across Key Regions
Recognition is ultimately a political decision driven by strategic interests, alliances, and demonstrated legitimacy. A well-funded campaign would enable professional lobbying and diplomatic outreach:
United States: Engage Congress, the State Department, and think tanks. Highlight human rights concerns, calls for a UN-supervised referendum, and the release of detained leaders. Build bipartisan support by framing Biafra as a stable, democratic, pro-Western partner in a volatile region. Diaspora networks and professional lobbying firms could amplify messaging on security cooperation and economic opportunities.
Europe: Target the European Parliament, EU institutions, and key capitals (UK, France, Germany). Leverage historical awareness of the 1967–1970 conflict and current human rights advocacy. Push for resolutions supporting self-determination or mediation.
Asia: Pursue pragmatic ties with China, India, Japan, and ASEAN nations through trade, investment, and non-interference principles. Position Biafra as an emerging market partner.
Africa: Engage the African Union, ECOWAS neighbors, and influential states for support, neutrality, or mediation. Counter narratives of fragmentation by emphasizing peaceful, democratic processes and regional stability.
Without millions allocated annually to professional operations, momentum dissipates against well-resourced opposition from Abuja.
Proposed Allocation of the $5 Billion
A realistic multi-year breakdown advocated by supporters might include:
$0.1 - 0.2 billion: Diplomacy, lobbying, PR, legal advocacy, and international representations (U.S., Europe, Asia, Africa).
- $1–2 billion: Institution-building, economic development, infrastructure, and humanitarian programs to demonstrate governance capacity.
- $2 - 2.5billion+: Defense and security capabilities for sustainable self-protection and territorial integrity.
This scale matches the ambition of transitioning from movement to state while countering Nigeria’s significantly larger overall resources.
Raising $5 billion is not merely fundraising—it is a strategic investment in meeting the objective criteria and political thresholds for statehood. With professional diplomacy, credible institutions, released leadership, and defensive self-sufficiency, advocates believe Biafra can present itself as a stable, viable partner worthy of U.S. and Israeli recognition.
Success would depend on disciplined execution, broad internal consensus, peaceful methods where possible, and navigating complex geopolitics. Nigeria’s opposition, regional stability concerns, and international caution toward secession remain formidable hurdles. Yet proponents maintain that without this level of committed resources, the status quo of unrecognized aspirations persists indefinitely.
History shows that determined peoples with organized resources and clear strategies have achieved recognition against long odds. For Biafra, the $5 billion threshold represents the difference.

I stand for an independent Christian state in Biafra, where the Christian people can live in security and peace, practice their faith freely, and determine their own future.
After years of violence and marginalization, they deserve nothing less.
No Crosses Allowed!
This is a severe insult to the dignity of Christianity and Christians, and a clear humiliation. In Qatar, around 400,000 foreign workers are Christian, yet the Qatari regime has only allowed them to build one single enclosed church complex. The restrictions are harsh and deeply disrespectful to Christianity and its followers: crosses, steeples, and bells are completely banned from the outside of the buildings. The churches must look like ordinary, non-religious structures with no Christian symbols visible at all.
Sunday Igbogho threatened to KILL Fulanis in SW over the kidnap of Yorubas.
Yorubas are hailing him for "protecting SW".
NIGERIAN GOVT IS QUIET.
But when Nnamdi Kanu and ESN chased Fulanis out of SE, it was classed as "terrorism".
NIGERIA MUST DIVIDE‼️
Only a matter of time!
Wisdom Words of the day
The problem of some of the Efulefu Biafrans was that when Onyendu was taken away, they were busy gossiping and fighting PM and never knew or followed the changes, programs and structures PM put in place for our full freedom restoration and plans to ward off the reintegrated terrorists from the Nigeria state.
Now PM was taken, they thought that all of a sudden, they will jump all the good works, plans, structures of PM and go back to what they were saying or doing with Onyendu.
It does not work that way. Our freedom is a CONTINUUM.
Onyendu - PM - DPM
This is set on stone
Ndi Efulefu
Nothing crosses back to Onyendu without passing through the guidelines of PM which the USB is implementing
Know this and know peace. Save your ignorance to yourself cause ignorance is no excuse
I ve called on our neighboring country Nigeria to talk with USB government asap to reduce consequences on BOTH sides

Now the coast is clear! The whole world now knows that Simon ekpa was innocent all this while. He exposed that the exDOS is working with the 3nemies and so many people called him names.
Some called him Ekperima.
Some people even said that Tinubu paid him to destrøy IPOB.
Some people said he's working with the Nigerian government to j@il Nnamdi kanu but today Nnamdi kanu has fired the E-rats (ndi underground workers)
Nnamdi kanu has shown us that truly DOS is not working for Biafra but for their own pocket.
.. Aruh!💔
Simon ekpa told them that he'll be their €nd and today it's a reality.
God bless Nnamdi kanu
God bless PM Simon ekpa
God bless biafrans all over the world 🌍
August for PM Simon Ekpa Njoku.
@ngoziora IPOB: Indigenous people of Biafra is an organization led by Nnamdi Kanu.
USB; United States of Biafra is a nation that governs all indigenous persons of Biafra.
I, OgodoMan, Dr. Ngozi Orabueze, Simon Ekpa, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and You are IPOB.
IPOB; Organization.
USB; Country.
@ngoziora Nigeria media are so fast in reporting that the disgruntled ex DOS has sacked Onyendu, that proves a lot of things, I hope the new appointed head works with the government, that will make us stronger.
My Response to a question about Onyendu”s purported appointment in IPOB organization:
I believe these are distractions, we have to wait and see where they re coming from
Nigeria uses people but let’s see how far they want to go
Onyendu is in prison. Any announcement purportedly from someone in prison should be evaluated and watched with a third eye
USB is a government declared, IPOB is an organization that was cancelled out by PM due to their collaboration with the Nigeria terrorist state after Nigeria kidnapped Onyendu.
We follow PMs directives because he was our immediate past leader and freely shaped the movement while Onyendu was in prison
It is my job and that of Biafrans that are free at this time to evaluate if the “presumed appointment from Onyendu” is fully in line with the principles that PM and Onyendu laid out and what the person appointed will do to promote the new Nation Recognition USB that Onyendu and PM seeks.
Anything short of PMs and Onyendus guidelines for our new Nation and my approval will be relegated to the trash
Rachael in Isreal is doing a good job so far

My second visit to Kylmäkoski vankila prison Finland.
Those spreading misinformation that I have never visited are just spewing their misguided Conception to create hatred and seek cheap relevance
Biafrans, please disregard their lies
What they don’t know is BIGGER than them
