I have always wondered why none of the auditors have ever paid attention to this issue within the MMTLP saga or for that matter MMAT. Certainly in the case of MMTLP there would be a contingent liability to be reflected on the 105 BDs books, IF they did not have all of the shares in their possession to cover the positions on their books. If the auditors are not doing their jobs on this, are they not susceptible to claims as well?
