Restier 1.1.1 CI build up on NuGet!
Fixed:
- Possible concurrency issue with Batch calls
- Swagger documents for APIs on sub-paths (https://t.co/2uCe1nsXpQ) now work properly
RC build going out this week! In the meantime, let us know you have any issues.
After lots of work, the first public build of Simple.OData.Client 6.1 is ready to try out!
This release has a cleaner architecture & an optional .IgnoreNavigationPropertiesOnUpdate setting that doesn’t try to delete null navigation properties.

A new Restier build is now available! Besides @dotnet 8 RTM, our @aspnet Core support now supports Endpoint Routing!
The ASPNET Core sample has been updated on GitHub to show how it works.
Restier 1.1 RTM is coming soon! Check out this preview & give us your feedback.
First up, as of today BurnRate is running @dotnet 8.0 in production end-to-end.
We're taking advantage of the latest improvements in @ODataRestier (a Microsoft product we are the primary contributors to) that enhance performance while reducing memory use on every request!
Huge update has been published to NuGet as a v1.1 pre-release:
- .NET 8.0 (RC2) support
- Supports “Async” method name suffixes on all Conventions.
- Updated Breakdance-based Convention reports (with Markdown output support!)
- Faster runtime performance and fewer allocations!
New CI build out today with .NET 8 support!
We’re on the latest OData binaries again (after dealing with some downstream regressions), so let us know if you run into any issues with batching.
Our latest CI release contains updated support for Async design patterns. Our convention-based method naming patterns also check for methods with the “Async” suffix, and properly handle methods that return Tasks!
Check NuGet for the latest v1.1 pre-release build.
There's so many gems in the .NET ecosystem that don't get the love they deserve. Here's a list of (in my opinion of course 🙂) some of the underrated bits in .NET.

@vendettamit@robertmclaws@odataorg@dotnetfdn@dotnet We’ll have them up on GitHub soon! Wanted to get the updated bits out there to anyone using it… we still have a little work to do to get the documentation site online :)

Yes it did! Restier 1.0 is FINALLY available for ASPNET 4.7.2, ASPNET Core 3.1, .NET 6, & .NET 7!
