🕊️ Anger isn't always the sin...
What you do with it is.
Ephesians 4:26 KJV
Be ye angry and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath.
1. Understanding the verse.
This verse teaches that anger itself is not always sinful, but what we do with that anger matters. God understands that we will experience emotions including anger. However, He calls us to handle those emotions in a righteous way.
Paul warns believers not to allow anger to turn to sin- such as bitterness, revenge, harsh words, or hatred.
2. Be angry and sin not
There are times when anger is justified. For example, we may feel anger when we see injustice, cruelty, or wrongdoing. Even Jesus showed righteous anger when the temple was being misused. But righteous anger is controlled, purposeful, and short lived. It seeks correction and healing not destruction.
Ask yourself:
- Is my anger about something that truly honors God?
-Am I responding with self control and wisdom?
3. Do not let the sun go down on your wrath.
This part of the verse warns us not to hold on to anger. When anger is left unresolved, it grows into resentment, bitterness, and broken relationships.
God encourages us to deal with anger quickly through
-Prayer
-Forgiveness
-Honest and gentle communication
-Seeking peace
Holding on to anger harms our hearts more than anyone else.
4. Application for daily life- When anger arises
- Pause before reacting, give yourself time to think and pray.
- Bring the situation to God , ask him for wisdom and calmness.
- Address issues with grace, speak truth, but do it with love.
- Choose forgiveness, let go of grudges before they take root.
Closing Thought:
God calls us to live with peaceful hearts and controlled emotions.
When we surrender our anger to Him, He replaces it with patience, understanding, and peace.
Be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.
How do you keep anger from taking root in your heart?

Goodnight, sweet friends 🌙
There’s an old saying: “Don’t throw stones if you live in a glass house.”
It’s a gentle reminder that none of us are perfect. We all have our own faults, struggles, and broken places. Before we point fingers or judge others, it’s wise to first look at our own hearts.
Jesus put it even more beautifully:
“Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?”
— Matthew 7:3
Tonight, let’s release the need to criticize or condemn. Instead, let’s rest in God’s grace — the same grace we all desperately need.
Lay down the stones. Extend mercy. And sleep peacefully, knowing we are all works in progress in the hands of a loving God.
Sleep well, sweet friends.
Jesus is King 🙏

Father, we thank You for this day You've carried us through, the moments that felt free and the ones that felt heavy with burdens.
Thank You for the breath You gave us, for the kindness we received, and for the quiet ways You reminded us of the freedom we have in You.
We release the day now, Lord, the things that tried to weigh us down, the old patterns we fell back into, the yokes we picked up again without meaning to. We lay them all down.
Give us peaceful, restoring rest tonight. Let our bodies relax fully, our minds grow quiet, and our hearts stand firm in the freedom Christ has won for us.
Bless our country, Father. Set every person free from the yokes that bind them... fear, division, addiction, bitterness. Help us stand firm in the freedom You offer.
Watch over our homes and loved ones, anyone ending the day feeling trapped or weighed down. Remind them of the freedom found in Christ and bring them gentle sleep.
We worship You, the God who sets us free, the One who calls us to stand firm and not go back under slavery.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
📖 Galatians 5:1
For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.
I love ya'll,
💙 Christina
Good morning, sweet friends ☕🌸
I took this photo of this beautiful flower a while ago, and it still catches my eye every time. Those delicate white petals with the striking deep red center are such a lovely reminder of how God pays attention to every little detail.
He doesn’t just create beauty — He creates it with such care and intention. If He cares so much about the details of a flower, how much more does He care about the details of our lives?
“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.”
— Psalm 19:1
May this new day remind you that you are seen, you are known, and you are deeply loved by your Creator.
What’s one thing you’re thankful for this morning? ❤️
Jesus is King 🙏

A Prayer to cover Wednesday 🙏🏼
Pray with me:
Dear Lord,
Some days I feel tired in ways that rest alone cannot fix. My mind grows heavy, my heart grows discouraged and the weight of life feels overwhelming. The tornado of problems and stressors in my life feels like too much to deal with. But today I cling to Your promise that those who hope in You will renew their strength.
Teach me to wait on You with faith instead of frustration.
When I feel weak, remind me that Your strength is greater than my exhaustion.
When I feel discouraged, lift my eyes higher than my current circumstances.
Help me soar above fear, doubt and anxiety like an eagle carried by the wind of Your Spirit. Give me endurance for the race set before me. When the journey feels long, help me keep walking faithfully without giving up.
No matter what challenges stand before me, I trust that You will sustain me through every step.
In Jesus’name,
Amen 🙏🏼
🌸✨ Happy Wednesday! ✨🌸
Wake up with a smile, shine with kindness, and dance through the day with gratitude. Trust God, enjoy the little moments, and let your joy brighten someone’s day today.
Life feels more beautiful with a happy heart! 💖
Amen, Praise the Lord🙌✝️
The world tells us to hide our pain and carry on. Our Savior says to give it to Him. All of it.
He Loves when we Humble ourselves to accept His Grace,Mercy, and Love. He turns Ashes to Beauty. Pain for Joy.
He cares deeply for us.
Trust Him. ✝️💪💟🕊
Ezekiel 38:23
Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the Lord.
Think of a mother bird pulling her chicks under her feathers when in danger. God’s protection is not theoretical; it is as real as that shielded place under a bird’s wings—only stronger. He is not asking you to pretend you are safe; He is promising that in Him, you truly are.
