Hey @HiltonHotels I had the WORST stay ever over the weekend and all they are trying to give me is HONORS POINTS ! Absolutely absurd ! Water leak, elevators not working, had to walk up and down 6 flights of steps, no water for 5+ hours, no breakfast, no clean bedding or towels !
