My name is olamide.

In short,I'm an engineer,a business man and digital content creator.
Everyone else looks at a business like this and says, “Wow, beautiful.”
I don’t.
My mind immediately starts running the numbers.
-Is the property rented, leased, or owned? -Who designed the industrial kitchen?
-What’s the monthly electricity bill? Grid, diesel, gas, or solar?
-How was it financed? Equity or a double-digit interest loan?
-Who trained the staff to deliver that level of service?
-What’s the daily break-even point?
Where others see aesthetics, we see systems.
Where others see success, we see cash flow.
Where others see a beautiful building, we see thousands of decisions, risks, and sacrifices.
That’s the entrepreneur’s curse,we’re always doing the math.
@WestnotWest I assure you,the automotive industry has reached their peak.
In the next 50 years,it won't look like a golf but just another random car on the road.
I watch my brothers celebrate their "little wins" and I'm happy for them because I know how they started and how much effort they put into that win.
Every win is a win though, there's no such thing as a "little win".

@Osi_Suave Yes,it's a psychological reaction to unavailability.
The fear of "what if it finishes?"
People raised in abundance are mostly not stingy, their reality is different.
