Dear @TataMotors & @TataMotors_Cars,

I own a 2023 Tata Harrier XZA+ (45,000 km driven) and have been struggling with a very heavy steering issue for the last one year. The steering becomes so heavy that it is difficult and unsafe to drive, especially at low speeds and while maneuvering.

Despite repeated visits to the authorized service centre, the issue has still not been resolved permanently. As a loyal Tata customer, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of a lasting solution.

This is a serious safety issue, not just a comfort problem. I request Tata Motors to intervene immediately, investigate the root cause, and provide a permanent resolution before an accident occurs.

Requesting the automotive community and media to help bring attention to this issue.
