Google taking 20 years to finally let people change their Gmail addresses is just ridiculous. I've been annoyed by mine for ages.
Saw the news back in April but the option just showed up for me. Sucks that it’s only live for US accounts though, feel bad for everyone still stuck. Meanwhile, iCloud users have been chilling with this feature for a while now.
You asked, we delivered. If you’re a U.S. Google user, you can now change your account username for tools like Gmail, Photos, Drive and more — while keeping your emails, data and account history. Here’s what to know:
1️⃣ You can choose any available @gmail.com username.
2️⃣ Your old username will become an alias, so you won’t lose access to it. You can still sign in and send and receive emails with both usernames. Plus, you can also revert to your old username.
3️⃣ You can choose a new username once a year — up to three times total.
He's now the richest man in the world. So many people used to look down on him, but now they're getting a massive reality check. He even bought Twitter.
@OKZeal I get that I feel like the internet is the one place where you can say literally Anything and there's gonna be atleast one genuinely person who agrees with you even if its just straight bullshit
Just joined Bluesky. The resemblance to old Twitter is uncanny. I was on Threads at its 2023 launch but quit after deleting my FB and IG for good. Now that I'm on both X and Bluesky, I wonder: is Bluesky the true successor.
