I donโt know what has to change but I canโt watch this offense anymore. Itโs not that players canโt execute. I mean we arenโt great at QB but we are good enough to have a competent offense.
Itโs complete sabotage from the play caller. Iโve held off and wanted to see the changes they said Iโve made. Itโs gross man.
The good news Duck fans is that we now know the following:
1) Dylan Raiola is not QB1 for 2027. Oregon needs to hit the portal hard.
2) Drew Mehringer cannot come back after this season. They need new blood at OC.
3) This team needs a massive overhaul on their staff and their scheme. You cannot go out and recruit these top tier skill players and then not use them.
Dan Lanning is not on the hot seat imo.
You donโt fire him after a mediocre season. You give him an offseason to tell his buddies to piss off and bring in real coaches. His decisions derailed this season but he can redeem himself.
Onto next year.
Two more Oregon WRs were suddenly ruled out Friday night: Messiah Hampton and Jalen Lott.
They join Evan Stewart (undisclosed injury/DUII) and Jeremiah McClellan (foot) among those ruled out. Four of Oregonโs top five WRs not playing against Illinois. https://t.co/TkT1cZ76K9
UPDATE | Prosecutors have declined to file a Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants charge against Oregon Ducks star wide receiver Evan Stewart following his arrest in Springfield last weekend. https://t.co/3Pq7Wre9I7
Aye man. I see Commanders fans constantly pining over us not drafting him. How are yโall feeling about his availability issues? Iโm genuinely curious.
After calling the MNF game, I knew #JaydenDaniels played good, but I noticed something that may be holding him back from being GREAT! Donโt miss the point of this video - itโs not about if he could have made all these plays (especially with the issues around him), itโs about the mentality of believing heโs going to b4 the snap! Trust me, there is a difference with the GREAT ones! Enjoy this #StudyBall & the message within it!

Most total 1st downs or TD in the 4th quarter of one-score games this season:
1. Josh Allen โ 25
2. Matthew Stafford โ 24
3. Deshaun Watson โ 21
4. Tyler Shough โ 20
5. Jayden Daniels โ 17
5. C.J. Stroud โ 17
5. Aaron Rodgers - 17
Dan Lanning looking at what Drew Mehringer did at Rutgers and still giving him the keys to the offense with a team in a position to win like Oregon was coming into the season is probably his biggest blunder since he was hired.
Such a head scratching move then and even more now.

A #110 unit usually climbs the next year no matter who's calling it. A top-10 unit usually slips. So each new play-caller is graded against where his unit was expected to land. FBS rank, opponent-adjusted EPA per play, through Week 7.
