If he did get a trademark on that phrase and included the stylized option to include his chosen color and font in conjunction to that phrase...there is a case

However the guy pretty much uses the same wording “I Will Teach You...” same font, same coloring, typography is so similar, I believe that there is an infringement case here. I’m with the lawyer
