@news24tvchannel @ArvindKejriwal I believe, The new labour code, code on occupational safety and health, doesn’t allow outsourcing of workers in Core Job. All governments have to follow this. Only outsourcing allowed in new labour codes is of housekeeping and security (and a few more such services.)
